Q. What happens when I am not home to receive my order?
A. OzPharmacy Online uses Australia Post registered mail . If you are not home when your order is delivered the post officer will leave a notice for you. Your parcel will be available to be picked up at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
Q. Can I fax my prescriptions to you?
A. Australian law does not allow us to dispense faxed prescriptions, we must receive the original prescription in the post before we can supply the goods.

Q. What happens if I change my mind about an order and wish to cancel the order?
A. If you want to cancel your order please notify us either by email or phone ASAP. If goods have already been dispatched we are happy to give you a full refund as long as goods are returned in original condition. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded. Q. Can prescription medication be returned for a refund?
A. unfortunately prescription medication cannot be refunded once it has been dispatched and received. Storage conditions cannot be guaranteed once medication has left the store.

A. We have a pharmacist available Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10 to 4 to discuss and questions you may have regarding your medication
